Standard Ground U.S. Shipping

Customer satisfaction is a high priority at Cheriques Lane. Henceforth, we have decided to offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $69 to US orders.  All U.S. orders for perfume will be sent via UPS or Express. For lingerie orders we offer Next Day, 2nd Day, Ground, Express and Priority.  Selecting our ZONE RATES might SAVE YOU MONEY on SHIPPING COST.

Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location.

Shipping charges will vary depending upon the weight and quantity of your order. You will receive a complimentary confirmation e-mail on your order upon completion immediately. This confirmation e-mail will give you valuable information about your order. You will also receive an e-mail which contains your tracking number so that you can track your purchase from Cheriques Lane. Should you have any questions or concerns please use our Contact Form to contact us. 

International Orders 

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders for perfume usually arrive within 10-21 business days. Elegant Moments Lingerie is the only lingerie available for international orders.  All international orders for Elegant Moments will be shipped Post Office or UPS/Fed Ex.  Unfortunately FREE SHIPPING is not available for Canada and International orders at this time.  Selecting our ZONE RATES might SAVE YOU MONEY on SHIPPING COST.

UK Shipments -
*Great Britain orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered via Royal Mail with full tracking information.
Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

*All VAT/Taxes are included in your shipping cost. You will NOT be subject to further VAT/Taxes when your package is delivered.

Canadian Shipments -
*Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post with full tracking information.
Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

*All Duties/Taxes are included in your shipping cost. You will NOT be subject to further Duties/Taxes.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Guarantee and Return Policy

Perfume and handbag are 100% Authentic and have a 100% Full Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Lingerie is considered intimate apparel so we are not able to offer returns or give refunds on any lingerie products.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping cost. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. 

It is rare but sometimes items may become DAMAGED. If this happens, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. You can Contact Us with the Contact Form on this website. You will have the option to have a replacement item or refund. You will not be charged for shipping charges of the product to us. 

We do ask that you inspect your item upon delivery and if there is any damage please note this on the delivery slip with the carrier.

If your package is returned to Cheriques Lane LLC because it was marked as "undeliverable", "unclaimed" or "refused" and you would like to have it reshipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $6.95 reshipping fee unless we have made an error.
